A dream come true!

Friday, November 18th was the day! The Queen Experience in the Gelredome! After months of preparation and flying around the world (Dubai, South-Africa etc), it was finally there: Singing for a sold out Gelredome with 30,000 people!

This time I had the honor to work with director Gary Lloyd, who among others  worked with Robbie Williams, Lady Gaga and many more! Together with his assistant Miranda and dancers from world level include Madonna danced, we worked hard to create a show where people would really enjoy themselves. Also Wibi Soerjadi and Sibongile Mngoma are part of the show. Presentation: Erik de Zwart.

As a special guest I was allowed to sing two songs: ‘Who Wants to Live Forever’

and ‘Somebody To Love’.

Exciting it was, but American leading man Joseph Clark is such a professional and a genuine sweet man’, that rapidly forged chemistry during rehearsals in Dubai and South Africa (where he lives).

30,000 people sang out loud with Joseph and the band, led by musical advisor David Keech.

Special to see was that old and young still listen to the music of Queen; for me the proof that  the songs of the Queenare are legendary.

Good news for the fans! thanks to overwhelming success, The Queen Experience will tour in World Forum, The Hague and 17 t / m December 30 at the RAI Theater, Amsterdam.
